The merchandise must be returned in-store and accompanied by the original order number. Lilly Pulitzer will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days for items returned within 30 days of order date. Lilly Pulitzer will issue an e-gift card via email within 48 hours of return for items returned after 30 days and prior to 90 days of order date. No returns will be accepted on items after 90 days of order date.

For full priced items, we offer complimentary USPS Economy shipping to all 50 states, including the District of Columbia. Shipping times vary. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. During sales, orders with sale items will be charged $5 to help us offset some of the shipping cost.
