Anchored In Pink Return Policy

Anchored In Pink gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unused or non-defective merchandise with the original tags attached. All returns and exchanges MUST be done so within 14 days of purchase date for CREDIT ONLY. All sale items are FINAL SALE - no exceptions.

Orders via Phone

For items that were purchased via phone, please contact us at (401) 619-3928 or via email at anchoredinpink@gmail.com to initiate a return/exchange process. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO RETURNS/EXCHANGES THAT ARRIVE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Corporate E-Commerce Returns

Anchored In Pink does accept corporate e-commerce returns for items that were purchased at lillypulitzer.com. The merchandise must be returned in-store and accompanied by the original order number. Corporate will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

In the event of a promotion, Gifts With Purchase (GWP) MUST be returned with the merchandise in order to receive a refund. If you choose to keep the GWPs, corporate will email you an e-gift certificate within 48 hours.

Other Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store and Lilly Pulitzer Corporate Store Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for other Lilly Pulitzer Signature Stores or from Lilly Pulitzer Corporate stores.
