Anchored In Pink Return Policy

Anchored In Pink gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unused or non-defective merchandise with the original tags attached. Must all have a gift or original receipt. All returns and exchanges must be done so within 14 days of purchase date for store credit only. All sale items are final sale - no exceptions.

• Store Credit is issued in the form of a gift card that does not expire.
• We provide free return labels, which can be used at the US Postal Service, to our customers.

LillyPulitzer.Com E-Commerce Returns

Anchored In Pink accepts corporate Lilly Pulitzer e-commerce returns for items that were purchased at lillypulitzer.com. The merchandise must be returned in-store and accompanied by the original order number. Lilly Pulitzer will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days for items returned within 30 days of order date. Lilly Pulitzer will issue an e-gift card via email within 48 hours of return for items returned after 30 days and prior to 90 days of order date. No returns will be accepted on items after 90 days of order date.

In the event of a promotion, Gifts With Purchase (GWP) must be returned with the merchandise in order to receive a refund to original form of payment. If you choose to keep the GWPs, Lilly Pulitzer will issue an e-gift card via email within 48 hours of return.

Other Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store and Lilly Pulitzer Corporate Store Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at other Lilly Pulitzer Signature Stores or from Lilly Pulitzer Corporate stores.

Anchored In Pink gladly offers price adjustments for full price merchandise within 7 days of original purchase date in the form of store credit.

ORDERS ARRIVING IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

We try to make sure all orders go out in one package. Larger orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

SHIPPING DURING SALE EVENTS

Anchored in Pink will send orders of discounted merchandise using USPS ground advantage during a sale. Anchored in Pink will charge $10 on all orders under $250. We will not charge shipping on orders over $250. If multiple orders are placed during the sale we will be charging shipping with each order.
